Initialisation/Reference Index
The Initialisation/Reference Index page allows manual selection of several FMC pages. It gives access to most of the pages used during preflight.
IDENT - The IDENT page is the first page in the preflight sequence.
POS INIT - The POS INIT page is used for IRS initialisation.
PERF INIT - The PERF INIT page is used for initialisation of data required for VNAV operations and performance predictions.
TAKEOFF - The TAKEOFF REF page is used to enter takeoff reference data and V speeds.
APPROACH - The APPROACH REF page is used for entry of the approach VREF speed.
NAV DATA - The REF NAV DATA page is used to access data on waypoints, navaids, airports and runways. The REF NAV DATA page is accessible only from this page.
ALTN - The ALTN page is used for alternate airport planning and diversions.
MAINT - MAINT is only displayed when the aircraft is on the ground.
