QRH Inoperative Items:
  • Automatic Speedbrakes

The main gear trucks remain un-tilted during alternate gear extension, which is the final signal for the automatic speedbrake extension. If the speedbrakes were armed, alternate extension used and the thrust levers subsequently closed at some point during the approach, the speedbrakes would extend fully.

  • Elevator Feel
  • All Autopilots

All of the Right autopilot primary control servos are serviceable, but the Right autopilot uses the Centre Stabiliser trim motor and will not be able to trim the aircraft with changes in speed. However, providing the aircraft is flown at the indicated airspeed the stabiliser is trimmed for (using the Pitch Enhancement System), then the Right autopilot may engage.
